David is super informed all around. He is plugged in constantly to the current market state at all times. Straight to the point and has invaluable advice to share in times that you are feeling unsure which was a lot for us given the market conditions. We had lived in and loved our former home for over 40 years. David reviewed our home, managed the listing, recommended an independent inspection, some cosmetic improvements ( minor touch ups ) and other items. He was very helpful and kept in touch regularly and ALWAYS responded to any and all of our calls, questions, etc almost immediately. I was impressed with his ability to assess the value of the property and price it accordingly. That said we are thrilled that the new home owners will love and appreciate their purchase. Our property, a small home on 10+ acres of conserved land, needed to be presented to attract the right kind of buyer. Prior to putting the property on the market we had excellent guidance from David on making both the house and grounds as attractive as possible. David also managed "staging", to best present the house and produced excellent still and video images. The property sold within two days of listing with another 40 would-be buyers scheduled to view.
