When you engage an expert to do something, you hope that they are as skilled as David is. For 27 years, we lived in a 1940s cape cod that is not your typical cookie-cutter type house. It has a lot of character, but also would need a certain type of buyer. From the beginning, David knew how he needed to position the house, and what had to be done to get it to the point where someone would like our house. The entire process was almost exactly as he had laid out at our first meetings. Throughout the process, the typical problems were addressed with a calm logical discussion and a plan. At his suggestion, we staged the house and I believe it helped tremendously. David had us do an inspection before we put the house on the market, and then advised what was most important to fix. It helped focus us, cutting through the chaos. His marketing plan and pricing strategy was spot on. We had 35 showings and an offer within 2 days of being put on the market. A solid shout out to Rachel who kept all the paperwork moving throughout the process. David made what seemed to be an overwhelming project a simple series of steps. Selling the house was actually easy.

Prior to putting the property on the market we had excellent guidance from David on making both the house and grounds as attractive as possible. David also managed "staging", to best present the house and produced excellent still and video images. The property sold within two days of listing with another 40 would-be buyers scheduled to view.
