If you are not using David and his team to help buy/sell your home you are missing out big time. The best experience with a realtor hands down. He was able to sell our home in 35 days-excellent timing. David also assisted in helping us find temporary housing until our new build home was completed. David and his team helped with inspections, walks on new property, and with us for the closing. We’ve had a few issues to deal with after the closing and David has stepped up to help us with those as well. I cannot day enough great things about David Whiteman and his team. They are the best realtors to work with in D/FW!

We sold our home through David Whiteman and his team. David and his team provided customer service and expertise that was off-the-charts. He was extremely prompt with all correspondence, provided us with step by step expectations, stayed on top of everything at all times, provided us with profitable advice and sold our home in quick order. One would think that after a home sold, the seller/realtor relationship is over. Not so with David and his team. They followed up with us after we moved across the country to make sure we arrived safely. We can't say enough about these guys. They sold our house fast and were extremely professional throughout the process. We didn't simply enter into a seller's contract with them, it felt more like a true relationship. David was able to help my purchase my first house and there is simply no better Realtor out there. We got in the house fast and was able to negotiate the house down to a price that worked for me.
