David made our 2nd buying process a truly enjoyable experience!!! The banks and title company were difficult to deal with at times, but David made it seem like a breeze to us once he in charge. He was spot on in his advice and was able to get our home at lower price than we anticipated. He was available at all times and would get back to us within a couple of hours with an answer. If we could rate him higher than the 5 stars we would! Thank you David!!!
