I have personally been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and know what good service is and what mediocre service is and I believe Dave Weiser is one of the best. In 2014 after one too many snow storms in New England we decided to buy a place on the water in S. FL. I was a Century 21 agent at the time so looked up a top producer within Century 21 and came across David. We spoke, I explained what we were looking for and he helped guide us to a perfect condo in Pompano Beach which we have enjoyed ever since. Fast forward to 2021 when I decided to relocate the entire family to S. FL full time and again David was there every step of the way helping guide us through this crazy market to not just the perfect home in Delray Beach but has coordinated everything from movers to guiding us with doctors/dentists, schools, making recommendations for furniture stores and so much more.
