About five years ago, my wife and I attended a Why Vegas Hawaii seminar because we were thinking about possibly purchasing an investment property in Las Vegas. A few months later, we contacted David and met with him. We informed David what type of property we were looking for and in what area. David then went right to work in search of some listing. We also did some of our own searching and found a property in Henderson that we were interested in. David worked with us by helping us place an offer that was accepted, and we got our first investment property. A year later, we contacted David again for his help with purchasing another investment property this time in Las Vegas. David being rich in his real estate knowledge in the Las Vegas area, found us our second condo investment unit in Park One. Again he assisted us with the signing of all the documents and closed on the property. Two years later 2024, we decided to sell our unit in Park One, and again we contacted David. There were some issues that needed attention before David could list the unit. David also helped us with taking care of the issues. David listed the unit and got a hard offer on the first day. The unit closed in two weeks. With the purchase of the two properties and the sale of the second property, it was pleasant and stressless working with David. We developed a trust in David and felt confident working with him. David also assisted us with the signing of all the documents, and if we had any questions, he was always available to answer them.
