We read about Dave on the NextDoor AP. A person just raved about him, so we decided to interview him. We thought he was so knowledgeable and integrous, So we decided to have him sell our home. We can’t believe how it all fell into place and was so easy..... Dave took us through the process of selling our house and closing the deal. We appreciate it, as we hadn’t sold a property in 15 years. Everything has changed and seems so much easier than we could recall. We are grateful that we had Dave’s expertise in this process.

David is so good at what he does, that if he cares about a commission, you wouldn't know it. That's how attentive he is to the needs and goals of clients. I've relocated all over the east coast before settling in Colorado 19 years ago. The 5 transactions with Dave Stein have been flawless, fun and very financially beneficial. How many people can say that about one real estate transaction, let alone 5? We have at least 4 more transactions to complete over the next 10 months or so, and under no circumstances would we consider trusting anyone other than David to guide us through our real estate acquisitions or sales.
