He sold the house for a good price in a reasonable amount of time (It was priced a little high and we offered a sizable repair allowance instead of lowering the price.) He worked really hard to close the deal and on the final negotiations as my advocate. I also hired him to find another house in a 1031 exchange. I identified a variety of candidates and he patiently viewed them all with me. We put an offer on one that was listed 1 day with several offers.
