I have used a lot of real estate agents in the past, and David is definitely among the best that I have used. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and the laws. I would highly recommend David for any of your real estate needs.
David was excellent he answered all our questions and took care of all the issues that arose. We are using him again on our second rental property.
Dave listened to what we wanted to do in selling and buying our new home. And have helped us with every step of the way as this was our first time selling and buying property. Dave did a wonderful job for us.
David hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
