Excellent Experience in a Tough Market

My husband and I began seriously looking for a house in the fall of 2022 - a time when homes were still overpriced and interest rates were climbing to the highest levels seen in decades. David was incredibly optimistic and said that we would be in a house by Christmas. I had my doubts, but he found the perfect house for us (under the lowest end of our budget!) and our offer was accepted three weeks before Christmas! While we knew David was working with multiple clients, he made us feel like we were the only ones. He took the time to get to know us and understand what made an ideal home for us. Additionally, David put us in touch with a mortgage lender offering the lowest rates we had seen and made the entire process of buying a house very easy. If we ever choose to sell this home and buy a new one, David is the only realtor we would plan to work with.
