My husband and I began seriously looking for a house in the fall of 2022 - a time when homes were still overpriced and interest rates were climbing to the highest levels seen in decades. I had my doubts, but he found the perfect house for us (under the lowest end of our budget!) and our offer was accepted three weeks before Christmas! Additionally, David put us in touch with a mortgage lender offering the lowest rates we had seen and made the entire process of buying a house very easy. If we ever choose to sell this home and buy a new one, David is the only realtor we would plan to work with.

He even went to numerous stores to find the right custom door for our primary bedroom and then replaced the door for us. Dave helped me find my new place it took maybe 6 months but he never made it feel like it was dragging got us in and out of everything I wanted to see till I found what worked for me . I had an awful loan company and he stepped in and handled dealing with them as well or I would have walked away . Couldn't have made this a better experience I was very lucky to have Dave as my realtor great job and great guy .
