David is a long-time agent of in the area. He knowledge about the market and the neighborhoods surpasses every other real estate agent I know. But it's more than knowledge that makes him excel. In an age where anyone can find listings and 'make a deal', he surpasses in ensuring his clients (like me!) are well taken care of: from negotiations to making sure things 'are right'. For example, we had a few issues with the sellers moving out of the home we purchased from them. And then we had no hot water as soon as we moved in. In both circumstances, David worked tirelessly to make sure everything was taken care of. It's that above and beyond care that makes David my rockstar realtor.

David did a great job for us. He was particularly effective in the negotiation stage.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience working with David. "Barely Adequate" is the best review I can give him. He has experience and can get the transaction done, but he was not skilled or even very helpful with getting our property ready for sale. He also did not give very good advice on our original listing price. My biggest concern was that he either had too much on his plate while we were working with him, or is slightly incompetent/unmotivated, because his follow-through and attention to detail were very weak throughout the sale process. I have bought and sold a number of properties with different realtors, and he was the least helpful of any I have worked with. A less experienced but more motivated/organized agent would have been a far better match for us. I think he is an OK person, but not a great realtor in my experience. I would not use him again.
