David helped the reviewer buy this property

Simply..... An OUTSTANDING Realtor

I found David through one of his YouTube videos touring a parcel of raw land. I am located in another state and contacted him to inquire about the property. His response was immediate and extremely helpful. David went out of his way to put me in contact with local contractors and a real estate attorney so I could evaluate the feasibility for developing the property which I ultimately purchased. The remote closing went flawlessly, and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend David for any real estate transaction. A+++
