We worked with David to sell our unique home in Chandler. We sold it much faster than anticipated for a higher price than we thought we would get. David then helped us find our new home. The transactions were clean and easy. He coordinated our move out/move in dates. David Rose has an extensive knowledge of the East Valley and I would recommend him highly.
