Excellent communication- a very important part of this process!!

David was an excellent communicator. Whether through a phone call or via text, he was timely in responding and virtually always available. He did a fantastic job at not just listening to, but actually *hearing* what it was I was searching for. While we didn’t end up seeing many houses before we found the one for us, he was also very flexible with mine and my husband’s mismatched schedules for showings. Also extremely patient- we once waited for (what felt like) an hour when given an incorrect code to a lockbox! David is a family man himself, and I’m sure that’s why he was always so great with my whole family (including an exceptionally chatty 9 year old). We really appreciated having him through this process!
