David Rogers

A realtor’s job is easy when your home sells in a few days but what happens when tough market conditions and high interest rates are involved. This was when David Rogers really shined through. He didn’t just list our property, he led us in the right direction every step of the way and brought us success in selling our home. Sellling and buying a home can be a very stressful process but David Rogers was there with the knowledge to give us comfort and calm our nerves. Closing on selling our home and closing buying our next home went fantastic. We would definitely use David Rogers again and again.

I cant say enough good about Dave! From the start he was completely invested and looked out for us . Ours was an Estate sale so a bit more to deal with and David did it beautifully . Communication was incredible and he handled everything that came our way very professionally , we couldn’t have asked or expected more from him , so If you are needing an agent you will not go wrong with him! Very good for our needs

David was an excellent communicator. Whether through a phone call or via text, he was timely in responding and virtually always available. He did a fantastic job at not just listening to, but actually *hearing* what it was I was searching for. While we didn’t end up seeing many houses before we found the one for us, he was also very flexible with mine and my husband’s mismatched schedules for showings. Also extremely patient- we once waited for (what felt like) an hour when given an incorrect code to a lockbox! David is a family man himself, and I’m sure that’s why he was always so great with my whole family (including an exceptionally chatty 9 year old). We really appreciated having him through this process!

I recently completed a property purchase with David Rogers. This purchase started in the fall and finally was completed in the early spring. Since it was a property split there were a lot of details and in addition, there were a lot of unexpected issues on the sellers end that came up that kept stopping us from closing. Through all of it David Rogers kept me informed and kept working towards getting things cleared up and moving forward again. I never once felt uninformed or felt like I had to try to resolve things myself. David stayed on top of everything and through the ups and downs he constantly reassured me of what was happening in the process. It was obvious he went above and beyond to make sure my interests were met. I truly feel that if it were not for David working as hard as he did, the property that I have and love now may not be mine today. I would highly recommend David Rogers and I now have him preparing the sale of an investment property. Thank you David Rogers!
