Dave was a dream and saved the sale of my property (after a bad experience with a different realtor). Dave was extremely knowledgeable about little things that made a big difference. His years of experience have taught him well! He had a stager come over and assist me with tweaking the place to have it be at it's best, which really had the pictures be the best representation of the property, and - I am sure - drew more people in to look at it. Dave's integrity and wanting the best for his client shines through. He was so personable and friendly and very easy to work with. I got $25,000 over the asking price and I was very happy about that. :) Thanks Dave! Appreciate all you did to help me get my place sold so I could move on to my next project.
