Dave helped us with both buying our new home and sell our existing one. For the new home, although we had an idea of what we wanted, Dave helped us narrowing down the key items that were important to both me and my wife. This allowed us to make a quick decision when we found the right house as the market was extremely competitive in the area we were looking for. We ended up with a situation of multiple offers within a day of the house being listed and Dave knew exactly how to put the most competitive offer in front of the seller. He recommended business to complete the some of the more complex items and even help us complete some of the jobs where I was not as confident completing on my own. As we put the house for sale, the market was starting to shift as the competition with new construction became steeper, bring the price for existing home for sale down. Dave recognized that trend quickly and proposed to adjust our initial selling price slightly in order to attract a wider range of customer. Within days, we received an offer in excess of the new asking price and he negotiated a quick closing which was ideal for us. Throughout the process, Dave was always available to answer questions or address our concerns and reassure us as needed during this stressful time. His knowledge of the market, ability to communicate effectively with us and the other agents, and his negotiation skills were invaluable. I would never use another agent.
