Dave is the best. Right off the bat he made sure he understood our top priorities in the home buying process and continued to come back to these goals as we toured each home. Even though I was incessantly looking at Zillow, Dave still managed to surface more relevant homes and would promptly schedule tours whenever it worked for us. Dave continually asked pointed questions that helped lead us to a decision when we felt unsure, playing an objective role as our reatlor while maintaining a genuine personal perspective based on our conversations around what we wanted (and could afford). I sincerely appreciated that Dave never pushed us to write an offer on anything we weren’t 100% excited about and he even discouraged us from it if it didn’t make sense based on our initial goals and priorities. When we did write an offer, Dave crafted it with us together and explained every detail so we felt fully comfortable in the process. Not only was Dave highly professional and detail oriented, he is just a great guy to talk to and tour houses with. He had cool ideas on how to update certain home features, super insightful opinions on houses that were recently flipped, and knew what red flags we should look out for. All in all, I couldn’t recommend working with Dave more. I have full trust and confidence in Dave, and I had so much fun during what typically might be a stressful process because of him!

The questions helped us realize what would really be important in a home, and helped visualize what living in each place might be like. He also was great to work with when crafting offers and had creative was to help us submit competitive offers that fit our budget.
