Dave Quale worked patiently with us to find the right house for us. We were from out of state and could only come to Denver occasionally to look at houses. Dave emailed us possibilities and suggestions and spent several days with us, visiting several houses (as many as 12 in one day) until we were satisfied with our choice. He always responded promptly when we contacted him. He was constantly asking us questions to try to help us pinpoint what our preferences were and narrow the search. Dave had excellent advice when it came to neighborhoods, amenities, and other facets of the Denver housing market (on the east coast, we don't have Open Door, so I was extremely appreciative for his insight on that phenomenon.
