David Price

After working with multiple real estate agents in the past on several properties and pieces of vacant land, I was less than impressed with the profession as a whole. That was until I scheduled a showing with a random agent, who happened to be Dave Price. While I did not end up purchasing that property, I was so taken back by his work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to my needs, that after attending prescheduled viewings with other agents I immediately contacted Dave again. I was going to purchase a home and Dave was going to help me do it. I just closed on the home yesterday after an aggressive schedule to close in about 30 days. Throughout the entire process Dave put my needs and wants first, but respectfully provided options I may have overlooked when appropriate. During the various phases of negotiation he used his experience to steer me in the right direction, keep things realistic, and ultimately get me the best deal possible. Dave made himself available anytime I needed him and didn't leave me wondering when a text or email might be replied to. Most impressive to me about his communications, he actually called and talked on the phone, frequently giving me updates or advice. With the deal now being done I have nothing but the highest praise and appreciation for everything that Dave has helped with along the way. I will absolutely recommend Dave to anyone asking about a real estate agent and will be using him for all of my real estate needs in the future.

Dave was very knowledgeable about FHA guidelines. His expertise made it possible for us to get the home we wanted at the price we wanted. I highly reccomend him and will be using him in the future!
