Robert “Bob or Bobby” is one of the founders and lead agents on “The Sold Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty (BHHS),” since formed in 1987. A recipient of countless individual and team production awards, Bob represents both home sellers and buyers. His passion is new home construction. On any given day you can find him out in the trenches walking a lot or in the office helping new home buyers design their dream home. He also has a vast knowledge of land developing, investment properties and commercial sales, so he can assist with all your real estate needs. A college graduate, Bob is a husband and the father of adult aged twins, a dog and two cats. In his free time, you will find him cooking or watching anyone of his beloved Pittsburgh teams!

Deborah has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1994. She started out 2022 passing the Broker Exam! She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate including negotiating, listing, selling, new construction, and investment properties. She is a native of York County. She graduated from William Penn High School and has a BS in Communication, from Duquesne University, which uniquely equips her to provide superior customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction. Deborah is very active with the Realtor’s Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC) and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) serving on various committees and a past President of RAYAC. She is active in her community through volunteerism with Habitat for Humanity, Servants, Inc., and St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Deborah is married and the proud mother of two children and three stepchildren. In her free time, she loves to bake (She actually had a dream of opening her own bakery one day!), read and take long walks along the beach.
