David helped the reviewer sell this property

Awesome from Start to Finish

David Porchas came in with a bang and knew all of the right documents and procedures to follow from the beginning till the end. David made the full experience perfect and was able to help out both sides to facilitate a perfect transaction Highly recommend and we will be using David on our next property
