More like a friend guiding you than a hired agent

This is the second home we’ve purchased with the help of Dave Phillips. He really is a now a family friend and we’ll use him again in the future. Both homes had a few complications, but Dave was always there for us. He always answers his calls or texts, and explains things in a way that a layperson can understand. After the purchase, he checks up and makes sure all is going well, as well as a great source of contacts for little repairs and improvements for new home. Can’t recommend him enough.
