I don’t think buying or selling real estate is a fun process, but Dave makes it easy. He is a great listener and tries to help you while working toward your goals. He went above and beyond with our sale…guiding us in what changes/enhancements to would to get the most out of the sale. We will definitely use Dave again when we are ready to buy or sell property.
