This was our second transaction with Dave and his team. Both experiences were seamless. Dave was patient, knowledgeable, and in constant communication with any updates through both transactions. His knowledge of the Park County/JeffCo real estate market is amazing, and his team "back at the office" is on the ball, making sure all the details are taken care of.
