We would not have our dream house if it weren’t for Dave! My partner and I were assigned Dave through Zillow when we went to visit a home we had seen online - and what a fortunate assignment that was. Dave lives in the area and was so knowledgable and patient. He explained a lot of country living things to us, like wells, septic, mountain lions, etc. Dave’s background is in construction so he was able to explain how things worked, the quality of things, and what to look out for. Dave’s wife Jung was also with us every step of the way and spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining financial concepts and was very helpful. When we hit a snag with our loan, Dave always had solutions. My partner and I were almost ready to admit defeat, but Dave said “we will get you guys this house!” And he did! David Petersmith is dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us sell our cabin in Bailey and worked tirelessly to make the sale happen. He was always available and quickly returned every phone call. He has great knowledge of the area and helped us set an aggressive but realistic price. Since we don’t live there, he even went over repeatedly to “open and close” the cabin during the winter for agent showings and appraisers. Dave and Jung brought the tenacity needed to score in today's crazy real estate market, and the encouragement and understanding to keep pushing through if we got outbid. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about homebuilding, especially in the greater foothills area, and provided much more than just showings for us - even calling out hard to notice issues on homes that caused us to look elsewhere, even though he could've turned it into a sale. They worked like crazy for us and were willing to jump on the phone any time day or night, or look at a house day of and ASAP. We finally found a great home at a great price thanks to these two.
