Dave was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy he did. Dave and Robin are very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. They were both very responsive to phone, text, and email. We came out from Colorado with 5 days to look for a home, and Dave's team worked tirelessly, even working on into the late night hours to find my family the perfect home while we were in town. Since the purchase, Dave's team continues to help with finding us local contractors to upgrade the home while we pack up our lives in Colorado to make the move to Florida. I met David through his associate Robin Heywood and we all just clicked. I lived in South Carolina and was looking in the Sarasota area for a Condo that accepted 2 small dogs. I was very thankful that I met these two dedicated realtors because they worked day and night, literally trying to find the perfect place for me.
