I had a great experience with David. He knows what he is talking about and he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Even when there were times I wanted to give up on everything, he never gave up until the job was done. Communication was great. I was given constant updates about what was going on and what would happen in the upcoming days. He made the entire process clear, precise and done on time. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely recommend!

David did an excellent job of selling my mom’s house in Miramar. The house was underwater from an ill-advised reverse mortgage many years ago but David was able to co-ordinate with the bank and still get her a little money out of the sale. He was very efficient and easy to deal with through the entire process. I strongly recommend his services.
