David Pacheco provided me with truly exceptional service. I was referred to him by another agent that did not specialize in my neighborhood. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and professionalism. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up the phone, he always called back or texted in a timely manner. He always looked out for me and had my best interests in mind, and would talk about pros/cons/strategy before moving forward with any decisions. He also went above and beyond, when the appraiser asked to have some smoke detectors installed, and I wasn’t able to get it done in a timely manner, he offered and then took care of it for me, for which I am truly grateful. Bottom line, his promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and great energy made me feel ease. I am planning to recommend him to friends, and he will be my “go to” for future real estate transactions.

David did far more then I expected helping me sell my condo. He made my life easier by meeting contractors at the condo to let them in to do work at days and times I was unavailable. After my renters moved out there were significant repairs and cleaning that needed to be done to get the condo ready to sell. David has a network of contractors to do everything from carpets to painting to handyman work. He also spent many hours of his own time removing waste and scrubbing the place until it sparkled. He is knowledgeable about the market and priced the condo to attract buyers. This worked out in my favor selling for the top offer in my condo complex. I could not be happier. I highly recommend David Pacheco for all real estate needs.

I have known David for the better part of 10 years. The two biggest things I have come to learn about him, is that he is always honest, and very patient. I feel that if you are going to be helping someone make the largest financial decision of their life, those are two things that you really need to have.
