David did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our first home which we bought in South Lyon. He has a great personality and sense of humor which we really appreciated during what I considered a stressful time. Also we had so many questions and he was available to answer them anytime of day. He was very knowledgeable with the whole process, we felt we were in very good hands. His negotiation skills are on point, we are very happy with how the deal turned out. Even after the sale was completed David still went above and beyond when I had questions about a paint color in a house I had seen on Zillow. He actually found out the color for me! If/when we are looking to sell and relocate I will be reaching out to David in hopes of working with him again. 10/10 I recommend him for your buying or selling needs.

Dave is a fantastic realtor! We were doing a cross-country move from Michigan to Florida and we needed our house to sell quickly. From the second we asked Dave to be our realtor, he was on it! He came over with excellent market comparables and talked us through what the best listing price would be to get our house sold quickly and still get us a good profit for it. He went above and beyond for us in many ways. too. He helped us move things around in our house to help it show better, and he always answered our calls, got us info we needed or helped solve an issue we had. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We put the house up for sale and we got multiple offers on it, and it sold in 5 days for above asking! We were thrilled! With such a huge move with so many moving parts, Dave was always there with a joke and a smile and made us feel like family. He made the stress of selling a house way more bearable.
