It was really nice to work with Dave, especially after working with another realtor that I fired. He is very knowledgeable abut VA loans an worked in every way to make it happen. I would recommend Dave to anybody looking to buy a home.
It’s really hard trying to buy a home when you’re 1750 miles away. That being said Dave was actually the 2nd realtor my wife and I had contacted. The first one put us on a email list but when contacted about a property was often show to respond and didn’t reach out to us other than through email. Dave was always on top of our emails and phone calls. Also if he didn’t have an answer to our questions he was extremely diligent about finding the answer and getting back to us in a timely fashion. Even through there was a 2 hour time zone difference. He was our eyes through the whole process. He went to numerous houses for us and did virtual video tours and told pictures of possible problems. He even revisited some of them to get us answers to questions we had after seeing the videos and pictures. All of this was happening during one of the most brutal Minnesota winters but Dave always came through. I would like to say that if you want a honest, hardworking guy to help you during any move whether across town or cross country Dave Olson’s your guy. Dave was a great help over the last few months as we looked for a new house and sold our house. We started out looking at homes with Dave and then decided we wanted to build so he helped us navigate that process. Then we stumbled across a house we absolutely loved so Dave helped us switch gears and purchase that home. I am now a first time home owner thanks to David Olson. David helped me every step of the way. I never really knew what was all entailed in the process, although he walked me through every step. I feel going above and beyond. After looking at about 15 different houses, we finally got a alert on my current home hitting the market. David called and we were able to get in and see it immedietly although there was already a line. Well immedietly we put in a offer and after a few nail bitting days I got the call that the offer was accepted.. From there David explained the next steps in detail, set up closing, arranged for slight remodeling and improvements to be made to the home before move in.
