Dave was a great help over the last few months as we looked for a new house and sold our house. I am now a first time home owner thanks to David Olson. David helped me every step of the way. I never really knew what was all entailed in the process, although he walked me through every step. I feel going above and beyond. After looking at about 15 different houses, we finally got a alert on my current home hitting the market. David called and we were able to get in and see it immedietly although there was already a line. Well immedietly we put in a offer and after a few nail bitting days I got the call that the offer was accepted..
