It’s really hard trying to buy a home when you’re 1750 miles away. That being said Dave was actually the 2nd realtor my wife and I had contacted. The first one put us on a email list but when contacted about a property was often show to respond and didn’t reach out to us other than through email. Dave was always on top of our emails and phone calls. Also if he didn’t have an answer to our questions he was extremely diligent about finding the answer and getting back to us in a timely fashion. Even through there was a 2 hour time zone difference. He was our eyes through the whole process. He went to numerous houses for us and did virtual video tours and told pictures of possible problems. He even revisited some of them to get us answers to questions we had after seeing the videos and pictures. All of this was happening during one of the most brutal Minnesota winters but Dave always came through. I would like to say that if you want a honest, hardworking guy to help you during any move whether across town or cross country Dave Olson’s your guy.
