Both the sale of my house and tbe purchase of my new house went smoothly. David. Knew a contractor that made an offer on my house. So I was able to make a non contingent offer on the house I was buying. But I still had the option of listing the house with him and was able to sell it for more than what I expected and it sold in. just two days. David listed my house on Facebook and there was a great response. I was amazed at the number of showings that were booked in just two days. I was also very happy with the service. He always responded promptly with calls and texts. I enjoyed working with him

David was great in helping us getting our house sold and making sure we had all the information we needed. We moved out of state so he made sure we were able to get all our paper work signed before we left the state, which was 3 weeks before closing. He even stopped by house before closing and house a few of our things which he offered to send us.
