I am so glad we were the successful buyer for our home, but even if we had not been Dave was the most professional and communicative listing agent we encountered during our house hunt.

Both the sale of my house and tbe purchase of my new house went smoothly. David. Knew a contractor that made an offer on my house. So I was able to make a non contingent offer on the house I was buying. But I still had the option of listing the house with him and was able to sell it for more than what I expected and it sold in. just two days. David listed my house on Facebook and there was a great response. I was amazed at the number of showings that were booked in just two days. I was also very happy with the service. He always responded promptly with calls and texts. I enjoyed working with him

David was great in helping us getting our house sold and making sure we had all the information we needed. We moved out of state so he made sure we were able to get all our paper work signed before we left the state, which was 3 weeks before closing. He even stopped by house before closing and house a few of our things which he offered to send us.

David was great to work with. He was readily available for showings, and was very insightful about the homes we looked at. It was a pleasure working with him.

It’s really hard trying to buy a home when you’re 1750 miles away. That being said Dave was actually the 2nd realtor my wife and I had contacted. The first one put us on a email list but when contacted about a property was often show to respond and didn’t reach out to us other than through email. Dave was always on top of our emails and phone calls. Also if he didn’t have an answer to our questions he was extremely diligent about finding the answer and getting back to us in a timely fashion. Even through there was a 2 hour time zone difference. He was our eyes through the whole process. He went to numerous houses for us and did virtual video tours and told pictures of possible problems. He even revisited some of them to get us answers to questions we had after seeing the videos and pictures. All of this was happening during one of the most brutal Minnesota winters but Dave always came through. I would like to say that if you want a honest, hardworking guy to help you during any move whether across town or cross country Dave Olson’s your guy. Dave was a great help over the last few months as we looked for a new house and sold our house. We started out looking at homes with Dave and then decided we wanted to build so he helped us navigate that process. Then we stumbled across a house we absolutely loved so Dave helped us switch gears and purchase that home. Dave did a wonderful job marketing our current house and we had an accepted offer 17 days after listing! Dave was always available to meet, call, text or email through this long process. He was a huge help and we couldn't have done this without him! We are so happy in our new home and we are very grateful.
