David made sure we had all the information we wanted along with making sure the properties we looked where the best fit to our preferences and price range. Choosing David Norris as a realtor was the best decision we made when we started the home buying process. Home buying can be intimidating to say the least. David was there every step of the way to make sure we understood every aspect of the process. He would answer every call we made (and there were a lot!). He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him in any way. It was very reassuring to know that any question we had, no matter how trivial, he would give a complete answer and took the time to make sure we understood. During the home viewing process, David was attentive to the needs we expressed about the ideal home we wanted. He worked around our busy schedules for home showings and was always ready and motivated to show additional homes when we requested. When we finally selected a home David was thorough in explaining how the process worked, from the offer, opening of escrow, home inspection, paperwork then to the close of escrow and beyond. Every sheet of paperwork we signed with David was well explained. and he made sure we understood before we signed. In writing this review 2 months after closing on the house we are able to include the few times we have contacted David since then. Each time we called with a request or question he still gave the same professionalism and attention to our needs as he did when we were buying the house! Dealing with David Norris felt like dealing with a family member, you knew they had your best interest in mind! Responsive to every question, phone call, request, and need. David was there every step of the way.

David was very knowledgeable about the market on this property even though this transaction was lower than what he normally deals with. He was able to steer us in the right direction enabling us to make the right offer to seal the deal on the first try. David was able to answer any questions, he made himself available for viewing the property right away and was punctual. David is very professional and articulate in explaining everything. This transaction with David was a very pleasant one, he made us feel comfortable. David is a great asset to the company he represents.

After the passing of my mother, it became clear that her house was going to have to be sold. David made this experience so easy. Each time we met he provided me with support and the knowledge to complete all the necessary steps to ensure the sale went smoothly. The house was only on the market for 5 days and we received two offers one of which we accepted and closed promptly. In these trying times, I feel fortunate to have had David's professionalism to guide me through this process. I would definitely use his sevices again.
