I met David recently, inquired about selling my house and we were a go. It took us 2 months to get the house from getting ready to sell to sold officially today. He provided enough insight to my knowledge and willingness to work. The whole time, he checked on the progress and gave insight as well. David provided flexibility in his schedule to ensure that deadlines with contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. were able to get the work needed on the house done.
