David Myers represented the sale of our Kissimmee home. We wanted to assure the best timing, so David worked with us for almost a year, sending us detailed information for sales in the area on a daily basis. He responded almost immediately every time we made contact. Once we decided on the timing and pricing, our home sold almost immediately. In addition we are planning to purchase a home in the area that better suits our needs. David has already started assisting with our search. My husband and I live in Ohio, and we are relocating to Orlando. I have been searching on-line for the perfect home. I found David's website and was very impressed with the wealth of information that his site had to offer and how easy it was to find what we wanted/needed. One of the difficult items to find on other realtors' sites is the "community" info, such as HOA dues and amenities. When trying to purchase a home long distance it can be very frustrating, however, David's site was easy to navigate, and he followed up with us promptly via phone and e-mail.
