I had the pleasure of working with David this past April. This was the first time I had worked with a realtor in over 50 years. I found the whole process to be a refreshing experience! David was extremely knowledgeable of the current real estate market trends and I appreciated and valued his recommendations on marketing my property. My siblings and I selected David to represent us with the sale of our almost 70 years old family home, and we could not have made a better choice. He advised us which improvements would add value and which were not necessary, and his guidance was realistic and invaluable. The sale of our home went smoothly, and I can honestly say, we think of David more as a friend than as our real estate agent. He is a dedicated, caring man of integrity whom I would not hesitate to recommend. David earned 5 stars in all areas. He was committed to selling our home as quickly and efficiently as possible. I live out of state but David made sure everything that needed to be done, was done. He paid attention to even the smallest details. 1.  Was David helpful? Yes. There were 3 owners of the home David just sold, which could have led to dynamics. David was amazing in his negotiations and coming up with fair solutions. 2.  Was David responsive and on time? Extremely. He anticipated what needed to be done before we even knew to ask. He always answered the phone and was always available, even during his family vacation. 3.  Was David knowledgeable about the market and real estate in general? Yes. Even in this very fluctuating market David was very accurate in predicting what the home would sell for. The house sold for our above our asking price and IN ONLY 8 DAYS! We could have not been more pleased with the sale. I did a 1031 exchange and David was knowledgeable about 1031’s and what documentation needed to be completed. 4.  Based on your experience, would you work with David again? Absolutely ! And will recommend to others. 5.  Did he alleviate a lot of the stress from the process? He was amazing. He was very clear in his explanations and providing information. There was minimal stress. 6.  Did he demonstrate professionalism and a sense of humor? Always very profession. Yet he was compassionate and understood our needs. David has truly earned his reputation of #1 Realtor. You will not regret your decision to have him sell your home.

As a widowed older woman, I was overwhelmed with the prospect of selling the family home but from my very first call, David couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the current real estate market and how best to position my home within it. It was amazing how with a minimum rearrangement of furniture, he was able to emphasize my home's most attractive features which resulted in an extremely successful open house with multiple offers.
