He paid attention to even the smallest details. 1.  Was David helpful? Yes. There were 3 owners of the home David just sold, which could have led to dynamics. David was amazing in his negotiations and coming up with fair solutions. 2.  Was David responsive and on time? Extremely. He anticipated what needed to be done before we even knew to ask. He always answered the phone and was always available, even during his family vacation. 3.  Was David knowledgeable about the market and real estate in general? Yes. Even in this very fluctuating market David was very accurate in predicting what the home would sell for. The house sold for our above our asking price and IN ONLY 8 DAYS! As a widowed older woman, I was overwhelmed with the prospect of selling the family home but from my very first call, David couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful. David was referred to us by some dear and experienced friends so we automatically went into the home buying process with more confidence than we would have with an unknown agent, and did he deliver!!! From the get go we were extremely impressed with the amount of knowledge and expertise that David brought about the bay area real estate market and its micro neighborhoods. It took a couple of weekend excursions for him to fine tune on exactly what we were looking for and after that he curated the list of homes we visited. He effectively separated the nice homes in the desirable neighborhoods from the ones that were basically "lipstick on a pig". We realized that even more as sometimes we asked to visit the homes he didn't recommend and then ended up not liking them. He often steered us away from making the wrong decision without being forceful, but by simply listing out all the pros and cons and guiding us through our thought process. By the end of it he became a very valuable thought partner for us. David's wide network and relationships with agents, lenders, inspectors was also all very useful in this insane market. We have continued to ping him for roof person, movers, flooring, HVAC etc etc and he has always had a recommended vendor for everything. It still beats us how he has someone for every request of ours! He is a lighthearted jovial person and brought humor into otherwise stressful situations, while remaining the thorough professional that he is. We highly recommend David!
