David was an incredible resource when we were purchasing our home. He has a long career (20+ years) in real estate and knows the Tampa Bay and surrounding area extremely well. He is very personable, readily available and genuinely cares. It is abundantly clear that he aims to ensure that his clients find the right property for them and is not just about making a sale. He goes above and beyond to research properties and assist with any questions that arise. He helped us navigate through the entire process including selecting an area, coordinating the details with the mortgage and title companies and beyond. He has remained a valuable asset even after closing and with his contacts in the industry has helped coordinate repairs, renovations and whatever else we have needed in our new home.
