This is my second home that I’ve purchased with Dave and I can not say enough great things about him. He’s really knowledgeable about the Tampa Bay Area, personable, and generous with his time. He’s also been excellent at explaining terms and what to expect on a step by step basis. I’m a very hands on person and while he was happy to show me all my homes I thought I’d need to buy, he was ultimately the one who discovered BOTH of my properties.
