My girlfriend and I are blending both our families into one household and we found David randomly here on Zillow. He took the time to hear both of our very different ideas/needs/wants and merged them thoughtfully together to help us land the home that fit our needs and more! Throughout the entire house hunting process, David was honest, determined when the pickings got slim at times, and actually cared to look twice at potential issues that our eyes would never see. Whether it was electrical issues, foundation problems, water/mold damage, “ah heck naw’s”, etc…, he definitely made a point to do his research, if he saw something he said something, and that’s something we would never have thought we would’ve gotten here from a realtor on the internet…it’s the internet, lol!
