He was always available to talk and walked us through every step of the process. He knew about the good and the bad HOAs in the areas that we were looking and was a constant advisor. Throughout the entire house hunting process, David was honest, determined when the pickings got slim at times, and actually cared to look twice at potential issues that our eyes would never see. Whether it was electrical issues, foundation problems, water/mold damage, “ah heck naw’s”, etc…, he definitely made a point to do his research, if he saw something he said something, and that’s something we would never have thought we would’ve gotten here from a realtor on the internet…it’s the internet, lol!
