We liked him so much, we ended up having him represent us as well as the seller (which the seller permitted). That house wasn’t meant to be, but afterwards we were eager to work with David on finding new properties. We just closed on our new home and couldn’t be happier. David was very knowledgeable and could be reached at any time during the process, even when he was out of town. He reviewed all documents with us in detail, and answered any questions we had.
