We were looking pretty generically, dragging him from Napa to Healdsburg. His knowledge of Sonoma is impressive, he cautioned us from spending over value for a home, and it was the right thing knowing we had a bank to deal with. When I would get discouraged he would help me not lose hope that we would find something, and when needed was always there to explain a step or a process. He’s very well connected to other agents and vendors, and if it wasn’t for him, we may have ended up losing the house we were in contract with due to the bank’s unresponsiveness. But his communication with their agent and tracking down people when he needed to helped us out tremendously.
