We were looking for a wine country get away, and I was referred to David. Immediately in the first phone call I liked him right away. We were looking pretty generically, dragging him from Napa to Healdsburg. His knowledge of Sonoma is impressive, he cautioned us from spending over value for a home, and it was the right thing knowing we had a bank to deal with. When I would get discouraged he would help me not lose hope that we would find something, and when needed was always there to explain a step or a process. He’s very well connected to other agents and vendors, and if it wasn’t for him, we may have ended up losing the house we were in contract with due to the bank’s unresponsiveness. But his communication with their agent and tracking down people when he needed to helped us out tremendously.

David was the epitome of friendly professionalism. It started with a well researched market analysis for the sale of our home, along with a spot-on prediction of what our ultimate sale price would be. He was very respectful of our home and our situation. We are very pleased with the process and the results that David guided through. We recommend highly recommend him.

David has amazing connections throughout the county, and was able to call on his expansive network whenever I was in need of a professional to do an inspection or provide a quote. He repeatedly demonstrated his kindness and endless patience as he answered all of my questions, morning, noon and night. He took the time to explain the rationale behind the answers, which I appreciated. He always made himself available when I indicated I had a free afternoon to see some homes and my mother and I enjoyed the time spent with him. David ensured that all the necessary COVID precautions were taken to keep us safe, as well as to maintain the safety of the sellers’ properties.
