It took us about a year to find the perfect lakehouse for us, and David Jones was with us the entire time. We looked at many properties and during these many showings, we had David's undivided attention. We we never felt rushed or pressured to decide or settle. With each showing, David was making mental notes of our likes and dislikes, and one day called to say he had the perfect house for us, but we better hurry. We did, it was a perfect fit for us, and we immediately made an offer that was accepted. David has the country boy charm, but is extremely insightful. He offered an opinion only when asked and could quickly point out pros and cons of each property, and many cons we might never of thought of. He doesn't just want to make a sale, but one that is perfect for his buyer.
