David Jones

We listed (and promptly sold) our house with David early this summer. His attentiveness and professionalism throughout the whole process was first class. Although our's was a fairly small property, he put in as much time and effort as we would have expected on one with a much higher price. His photos and aerial shots of the property were spectacular. That fact that he has lived in the area and been in the business a long time is a great asset. For the few things that did come up during the course of the sale (as they do), he offered sound advice and good references for quick remediation. David definitely went over and above what was expected under our listing contract, and we absolutely can't recommend his services highly enough!

It took us about a year to find the perfect lakehouse for us, and David Jones was with us the entire time. We looked at many properties and during these many showings, we had David's undivided attention. We we never felt rushed or pressured to decide or settle. With each showing, David was making mental notes of our likes and dislikes, and one day called to say he had the perfect house for us, but we better hurry. We did, it was a perfect fit for us, and we immediately made an offer that was accepted. David has the country boy charm, but is extremely insightful. He offered an opinion only when asked and could quickly point out pros and cons of each property, and many cons we might never of thought of. He doesn't just want to make a sale, but one that is perfect for his buyer. He is ethical, and has my absolute trust, and has handled several subsequent purchases for me as well. if you are looking for a great realtor, I recommend David Jones without reservation.
