He has handled the purchasing of our present house and selling of our old house with flawless energy, honesty and purpose. He has always been straight forward, professional and knowledgeable. He was consistently available for any questions or concerns and tirelessly explaining the paper work for us to sign in detail. Throughout the last 30 years I have bought and sold over 27 properties in Las Vegas. NV and I can, unequivocally say that David Jones has been by far, the best experience I ever had with a real estate agent. Dave helped the neighbor buy their house across from my house. I had talked with Dave when the neighbors were moving in. I decided to use Dave when looking for a house and once finding the house I wanted I then used Dave for the Sale of my home on Brich Ridge Ave. We discussed what was needed to improve in the house to make it sellable. He helped in finding contractors to do the jobs. When all was done and the house listed it sold in 19 days. I credit this too Dave's expertise in knowing what needed to be done to make the house sell.

David certainly knows his business! When we initially talked about putting my condo on the market, he carefully explained the process and the status of the local real estate market. Once the sign was in the window and the listing released, everything proceeded as he said it would. The condo sold quickly and during the weeks until close, he kept me well informed at each step. He was very alert to making sure my needs were addressed and nothing was overlooked in the proceedure.

It was suggested by a friend that I contact Mr Jones about real estate when I planned retirement to the Las Vegas Valley. Upon doing so we planned on meeting on a date. Mr Jones met me at the airport upon my arrival and dropped me off at my hotel. The following day Mr Jones and I visited a selection of available houses that fit the needs of my family. One in particular met our every needs and when I asked details of location to schools, churches, shopping and distances, Mr Jones already had a map made for this particular neighborhood that provided these details. The price was right, everything good so I had my wife fly in the next day for her approval. BOTTOM LINE: I was treated like a "special" person, treated with what Mr Jones called "midwest values" reflecting the area he came from 15 years ago. These values need to be provided by ALL real estate agents. After the entire purchase went smooth and we were settled in our new home I knew I had already met a new friend that could be trusted. My "money" is on "Dave Jones".
