Dave helped the neighbor buy their house across from my house. I had talked with Dave when the neighbors were moving in. I decided to use Dave when looking for a house and once finding the house I wanted I then used Dave for the Sale of my home on Brich Ridge Ave. We discussed what was needed to improve in the house to make it sellable. He helped in finding contractors to do the jobs. When all was done and the house listed it sold in 19 days. I credit this too Dave's expertise in knowing what needed to be done to make the house sell.
