Very good work

David did an excellent job. He was available all hours of the night to answer questions, do research, and help us with anything we needed. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because, as first time home buyers, we were hoping for more guidance/advice on what to do in the negotiation phase while putting in offers (in terms of whether counter-offers were reasonable, what amount to offer, etc). That said, he is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Purchase in tight seller narket

Dave has excellent knowledge of Versailles, KY market. Anybody can find a home, but experienced and tenacious, he knows how to position an offer in a tight market. I would definitely have him represent us again if we need a realtor.
