David helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent experience!

Dave was awesome from the moment I reached out to him. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped get our taxes lowered, had great marketing plan, helped with ideas in staging our home for sale and even helped with things not related to the sale. He helped order a dumpster for us to clean out, contacted carpet outfit to replace some carpet, etc. He has connections everywhere and did whatever it took to take the burden of selling our home off of us! He has a great personality, extremely professional and approachable! He was very informative with comps when it came to setting a listing price and walking us through the offers and all the way through settlement. He was there every step of the way! Bonus - our house was sold within the first weekend it went on the market! Thank you to Dave Hinkle! I recommend him for all your real estate needs!
